2.3The Client is responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of service of any third-party platforms used in their Project.
3. Results and Outcomes
3.1Any references to outcomes achieved by Yoros clients — including lead generation, revenue growth, improved search rankings, or operational efficiencies — represent specific results in specific circumstances. They are not guarantees of similar outcomes for any other client.
3.2Website performance, search engine visibility, and conversion rates depend on numerous factors outside Yoros's control, including market conditions, competitor activity, content quality, and third-party algorithm changes.
3.3Yoros does not guarantee any specific return on investment from its Services.
4. Estimates and Timelines
4.1Project timelines, cost estimates, and delivery dates provided by Yoros are good-faith estimates based on information available at the time. They are not contractual guarantees unless explicitly stated as fixed in a written agreement.
4.2Timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to delays in client feedback, third-party API changes, infrastructure outages, and scope changes requested by the Client.

5.1The Yoros website and communications may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. These are provided for convenience only. Yoros does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.
5.2Yoros accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the Client's or visitor's use of external resources linked to or referenced by Yoros.
6. Security and Data
6.1While Yoros implements industry-standard security practices in all Deliverables, no website, application, or digital system can be guaranteed completely secure. Yoros is not liable for security incidents arising from vulnerabilities in third-party platforms, hosting providers, or the Client's own operational practices after handover.
6.2The Client is responsible for maintaining regular backups of their data. Yoros strongly recommends enabling automatic backups on all platforms and will advise on how to do so, but is not responsible for data loss after project handover.
7. Intellectual Property of Third Parties
7.1Blog articles, guides, and other content published by Yoros are the intellectual property of Yoros and may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written consent.
7.2Yoros uses open-source tools, frameworks, and libraries in its work. Where these are used in Client Deliverables, they remain subject to their original licences. Yoros will identify any licencing obligations relevant to the Client upon request.
8. No Professional Relationship
8.1Accessing Yoros's website or reading its content does not create a professional relationship between the reader and Yoros. A professional relationship only arises upon formal engagement, as described in the Terms and Conditions.
8.2Queries submitted via the contact form or any other channel do not create an obligation on Yoros to respond or to take on any work.
9. Jurisdiction
9.1This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any claims arising from reliance on Yoros's content or Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
