Is this different from a client portal?
Yes. The CRM is your internal view — the admin-facing record of every client, used by you to manage relationships and track activity. The client portal is the client-facing view — their private login where they see their own information. Both draw from the same underlying data.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. We support CSV import from spreadsheets, exports from common tools, and manual entry for smaller datasets. Imported records include name, contact details, and any custom fields that map to your existing data.
What happens to CRM data if I cancel my subscription or move away?
Your data is yours. You can export your full client database as a CSV at any time from the admin panel. If you are on a once-off model, the data lives on your own Supabase account from day one.
Can multiple staff members access the CRM?
Yes. Role-based access lets you give staff members access to client records without exposing financial data, admin settings, or other restricted areas. Activity logged by each staff member is attributed to them in the history.
Does the CRM handle leads who haven't become clients yet?
Yes. The lead pipeline tracks enquiries before they convert — so you can see your full prospect list, the stage each lead is at, and follow up systematically rather than relying on memory.
